Travis Robertson started a company called Don’t Settle Coaching, which helps realtors seamlessly build 6-7-figure businesses using new methods. Travis believes in getting rid of the old strategies like cold calling, knocking on doors, and pushing for referrals because these methods don’t work as well as they used to. Anyways, he says if you are an active real estate agent, then “Don’t Settle Coaching” can definitely help you gain control of your business, lifestyle, and income. This sounds very interesting, and I’m sure you would love to learn more. Here is my Travis Robertson review.
NEXT: How To Build Residual Income Doing This
Travis Robertson makes a considerable claim, saying he considers himself one of the top real estate coaches in the world. Why does he say this? Because he claims some of his students earn $521,221 a year and believes he can do the same for you. You just have to apply his simple five-step formula, which will help you add an extra 3-10 closings per month. “It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to the real estate game because you just have to make shifts in your process. With these shifts, your income can skyrocket $15k, $30k, even $50k or more per month.” Just to be clear, these are all claims Travis makes and have NOT been proven! Okay, so here are the shifts…
Shift number 1: You have to change with the world, or you will get left behind. The real estate agents who don’t change have a failure rate of something like 85%. You have to make sure you invest in yourself, improve, and learn the MOST effective marketing strategies. Shit number 2, Travis says you have to utilize “control strategies,” which means eliminating the need to be at the mercy of referrals. Shift number 4: Use “integrated marketing” to follow the internet and find where opportunities are popping up. Shift number 4: Don’t do everything yourself because this will be a lot of work for you to handle. Travis says to use a system and delegate tasks which you believe others can do for you. Shift number 5: get a coach…lol. I’m laughing because I’m sure this is where Travis will start pitching his brilliant plan to you. Here’s the thing,

While watching his presentation, I feel like I have seen it before. For example, Travis has an exact duplicate of the following: Russ Ruffino’s Clients On Demand. Everything from the layout of the presentation to the fonts he’s used is a carbon copy. If you have seen Russ Ruffino’s presentation, you notice how he over-emphasizes certain words, which is EXACTLY what Travis is doing, too. It’s so hard on my ears, and I can’t stop laughing. Let’s continue…
I have to say, the presentation sucked because he provided NO value whatsoever, which is super disappointing because, for a second, I thought he had something special. He says things he thinks you want to hear, like “Spaces are limited,” “You must be coachable,” and others. Oh, the best is when he says why he’s doing all of this and answers with, “It’s time that I give back to everyone and help as many people as I can.” In my mind, I’m like, come on, dude…no one is buying this, and no one wants to hear this stuff. Here’s what I would do…
Instead of wasting people’s time, I would revamp the entire presentation and show some of the strategies I use for lead generation. This will show people I provide actual value….right? The other thing I would do is at least give people an idea of how much the “Don’t Settle Coaching” would cost. Travis says in his presentation that the coaching is pricey, but what does this mean? For example, some people may think $200 is steep, while others think $25,000 is what they have to invest. All I expect is a minimum from him on how much people can expect to spend before they book a call..is this too much to ask? Here’s the thing…
In my time, I have written a lot of reviews, and I’m tired of people just putting on an expensive suit and saying, you should follow me because I can make you those big bucks. Whenever I review a program now, I expect value in the presentation, something which shows proof and leaves you thinking, “Oh, wow…that’s new, and I’m interested to learn more.” Travis, however, does not do this, but he wants you to pay a steep price for what? Come on, show us some proof and tell us everything straightforward so we know what we are getting ourselves into. People may like your style and follow you because they trust your judgment and transparency.
