Many people go into business and become entrepreneurs thinking that having money would solve everything for them. Craig says, “Then you realize over time how hard you have to work to make that money and scale your business.” Then he says these same people wake up and realize they don’t have the time they thought they would have. All these people do is work and don’t have time to vacation for their kids, health… anything. The point is, it’s a constant grind, and you no longer enjoy life as you used to. Here’s where things get real…if you keep working on your business and not on it, you will sooner or later get a burnout. Craig says, “I know the feeling because this is my experience. Did you know back in my thirties, I grew a fitness business to seven figures? But, from the hard work, I ended up in the emergency room because I thought I was having a heart attack.” Anyway, it turns out Craig was suffering from a severe case of anxiety which was caused by the extreme workload he put on himself.” Anyways,
Here’s the thing, Craig explains the three (3) simple steps you have to take to rebuild your business and take control of your time. First, you have to have focus and clarity. Second, you have to develop self-discipline, and third, you have to hold yourself accountable. Here’s where Craig gets into his sales mode. He says you have to hire a coach (which I’m sure he will say to hire him). But, he doesn’t mean you have to hire him, even though he probably thinks he is the best person for the job. A coach will help you get rid of all the guesswork involved. When you have a coach, you have to show up and do the work assigned to you by the coach. You have to trust the process they give you and know that everything will work out. Craig reiterates, “You don’t have to get coaching from me, but if you are serious, you should hire someone so they can take you to the next level.” With that said,

There are no mentions of costs, and I like that they don’t pressure you to join. I don’t know, I am up in the air about coaching because it can be costly, and if you hire them to build your business, you probably have cashflow issues.
